INTRODUCTION:

James Allen's Girls' School (JAGS) is Greater London's oldest independent school, having opened for business in 1741. Well-known for both its academic and extracurricular accomplishments, JAGS provides a thorough education in a variety of areas, from science and the humanities to languages and theatre, going above and beyond the requirements of the National Curriculum. The school's innovative efforts, such as becoming the first to maintain a laboratory devoted to botanical studies, demonstrate its dedication to overall progress. JAGS prioritizes pastoral care, building healthy relationships to guarantee each girl's true happiness, and protecting the community from abuse in many forms, such as bullying and prejudice.

JAGS offers a wide range of extracurricular activities to enhance students' experiences in addition to academic performance. The school coordinates with foreign charities like AFFCAD and WaterAid by planning frequent travels to locations throughout the world, which promotes global viewpoints and community service activities. The school's sporting facilities, which include a swimming pool and fitness studio, demonstrate its commitment to students' physical and mental well-being and encourage a healthy lifestyle that supports effective learning. Students can access a large variety of fiction and non-fiction books as well as cutting-edge technological resources including laptops and PCs at the purpose-built library located in the center of the campus, guaranteeing they will have access to a richness of knowledge both online and off.
