ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

At Chigwell School, parents can interact with the Head and learn important information about the school during the Open Morning visit. The program provides a comprehensive experience, with student-led tours covering academic divisions, the Walde Music School, the Drama Centre, athletic facilities, and other noteworthy locations throughout the large campus. This enables parents to investigate the all-encompassing learning environment that their kids would be a part of. A greater comprehension of the institution's ethos can also be gained via the chance to have casual talks with personnel. Offering assistance with bursaries and scholarships, the admissions staff is available to assist families with the admissions process for all age groups.

Oversubscription Criteria:

There are no oversubscription criteria for the school.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Students from a wide range of racial and religious backgrounds are welcome at Chigwell School, an independent, selective institution. The following standards are taken into account throughout the admissions process:

In February, the 11+ entrance exam results will be made public. March is the cutoff date for accepting an offer.

CATCHMENT AREA:

There is no defined catchment region because students are accepted from a broad range of postal codes as well as, in the case of boarding schools, from countries outside of the United Kingdom.
